Piccadilly Inn, Caerwys

The Piccadilly Inn in Caerwys dates from 1662 and once owned by Lord Mostyn.  Name of pub derives from one of Lord Mostyn’s horses which won a race at the old Holywell racecourse near Babell.  The triumphant jockey was given the Piccadilly as a reward. 

Located not far from the busy A55 the Jockey has a games room which includes a pool table, darts board complete with a juke box.

Royal Oak, Caerwys

A Grade II listed building dating back to the 16th century.  A locals pub with darts board, pool table and dominoes.
Beer garden open in the Summer and tables outside front entrance. 
A real ale establishment with live entertainment during the week including quizzes.
